This installation is composed of many printed ‘cells’ at various stages of mitosis( the process of non-sexual cell division which occurs at root tips and points of new growth in plants). Though it is invisible to the naked eye, mitosis is constantly occurring at the cellular level, slowly expanding and elongating the larger forms that we observe.
